At SVHI we strive for excellence and quality products ONLY. Please note all of our products are 100% authentic, no chemical processing, and all donors hair grow differently so textures vary . Please advise us if you have a texture that need specifics . ALL textures typical vary from loose to tighter patterns so we try to match all extensions closely together. We have two shipping facilitates which are India and Atlanta. Shipping can take 2-10 business days depending on order or location. Processing is 1-3 days. There are NO REFUNDS.
